A record is kept of all money and equipment held by the Candle Club and a dedicated bank account is used. There are no surplus monies held at the moment but if we go into the black details will be posted here.
In the event of the Candle Club closing all monies will be donated to a local charity.
An occasional whip round may also be made. All money collected will go towards buying new and replacing old, damaged equipment and putting on events. Expenses incurred in the promotion of 'The Candle Club' will also come out of this fund.
