A Candle Club 'Kitty container is available at the back door for those who have enjoyed the entertainment and wish to show their appreciation. An occasional whip round may also be made. All money collected will go towards buying new and replacing old, damaged equipment. Expenses incurred in the promotion of 'The Candle Club' will also come out of this fund.
It is hoped to maintain a major sponsor, preferably a music shop. Their name would accompany all 'Candle Club' promotional material, including a sign on stage. Smaller sponsors will be sought for help with the production costs of the CD's etc.
All profits from CD sales will go back into 'The Candle Club' funds. In the event of any further publishing of the songs as a result of this CD the author will hold the rights of the songs/material. However a donation to The Candle Club would be appreciated!
A record is kept of all money and equipment held by the Candle Club (copies available on request) and a dedicated bank account is used. Should reasonable profits be made, an annual donation will be made to a deserving local charity. In the event of the Candle Club closing all monies will be donated to a local charity.
Press Releases are to be mailed to Newspapers,
Magazines and Radio Stations outlining any plans.
Flyers and posters are to be distributed to appropriate places.
